Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, accessing MineBoss, connecting a Facebook Page, or using any MineBoss service, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use MineBoss.

2. Description of Service

MineBoss provides tools for sellers to manage live selling workflows. Features may include seller store setup, product inventory, Facebook Page connection, Facebook Live comment reading, product keyword configuration, order preparation, customer management, and checkout workflow support.

3. Seller Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your MineBoss account. You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Facebook Page Connection

Sellers may connect a Facebook Page to MineBoss. You may only connect Facebook Pages that you own, manage, or are authorized to use. You must not connect a Page that you do not have permission to manage.

Each seller connects their own Facebook Page. MineBoss does not use one admin Facebook Page for all sellers. Connected Facebook Page tokens are stored per seller account and used only to provide features requested by that seller.

5. Facebook and Third-Party Platform Rules

When using Facebook or Meta features through MineBoss, you must follow all applicable Meta/Facebook terms, platform policies, community standards, and developer requirements. MineBoss is not responsible for changes, interruptions, restrictions, or enforcement actions by Meta/Facebook or other third-party platforms.

6. Product Keywords and Live Comments

Sellers are responsible for configuring accurate product keywords, product information, prices, stock, and checkout details. MineBoss may read Facebook Live comments from a seller’s connected Page or selected live video to help identify product claims such as “mine” comments.

MineBoss does not guarantee that every comment will be captured, processed, matched, or delivered in real time. Factors such as Facebook API limits, network issues, permission issues, deleted comments, privacy restrictions, or platform changes may affect comment availability.

7. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree that you are responsible for:

• Your store information, product listings, product images, pricing, stock, and promotions.
• Honoring sales, claims, reservations, bids, checkout instructions, and customer commitments.
• Complying with consumer protection, tax, business registration, payment, shipping, and data privacy laws.
• Responding to customer questions, disputes, refunds, and delivery concerns.
• Using MineBoss only for lawful business purposes.

8. Prohibited Uses

You must not use MineBoss to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, stolen, unsafe, restricted, or prohibited products.
• Violate Facebook, Meta, payment provider, hosting provider, or marketplace policies.
• Access or attempt to access another seller’s account, products, Facebook Page, comments, or tokens.
• Upload malicious code, abuse APIs, scrape data unlawfully, or interfere with MineBoss systems.
• Mislead customers with false product information, fake claims, fake prices, or deceptive checkout links.
• Use MineBoss for spam, harassment, fraud, phishing, or unlawful data collection.

9. Payments, Orders, and Checkout

MineBoss may provide tools to help sellers prepare checkout or order workflows. Unless otherwise stated, MineBoss is not the seller of record, payment processor, shipping provider, or tax adviser. Sellers are responsible for payment collection, fulfillment, taxes, refunds, and customer service.

10. Data and Privacy

Your use of MineBoss is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using MineBoss, you agree that MineBoss may collect and process information as described in the Privacy Policy, including information needed to connect Facebook Pages and read Facebook Live comments for seller-requested workflows.

11. Service Availability

We aim to keep MineBoss available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. MineBoss may be affected by maintenance, hosting issues, API limits, third-party platform changes, internet outages, or security events.

12. Changes to Features

MineBoss may add, change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Some features may remain in testing, beta, limited release, or development while the platform is improved.

13. Intellectual Property

MineBoss, including its name, platform design, software, branding, workflows, and related materials, belongs to MineBoss or its licensors. You may not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse MineBoss except as allowed by these Terms.

14. Seller Content

You retain ownership of content you upload, such as product images, product descriptions, store branding, and seller materials. You grant MineBoss permission to host, process, display, and use that content as needed to provide the platform and related services.

15. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to MineBoss if you violate these Terms, misuse the platform, create security risks, violate third-party platform rules, or use MineBoss for illegal or harmful activity.

16. Disclaimer

MineBoss is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and error-free performance.

17. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, MineBoss will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data, business interruption, or issues caused by third-party platforms such as Facebook or Meta.

18. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold MineBoss harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, losses, and expenses arising from your use of MineBoss, your products, your customers, your Facebook Page, your content, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party policy.

19. Updates to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MineBoss after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
