1. Who We Are

MineBoss is a live selling management platform for sellers. Sellers use MineBoss to manage products, configure Facebook Page connections, read Facebook Live comments, identify product claims such as “mine” comments, and organize buyer checkout workflows.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information needed to operate MineBoss and provide seller tools. This may include:

• Account information such as name, email address, login details, and seller profile information.
• Store information such as store name, logo, description, public store URL, and seller settings.
• Product information such as product name, product code, price, stock, images, and product keywords.
• Facebook Page connection information such as Page ID, Page name, Page profile image, and Page access token.
• Facebook Live information such as live video IDs, live video metadata, comment IDs, commenter names where available, comment text, and comment timestamps.
• Technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, logs, and usage activity.

3. Facebook Data We Access

When a seller connects a Facebook Page, MineBoss requests access only to the Facebook permissions needed for the seller’s live selling workflow. For the current setup, MineBoss may request permissions to list the seller’s managed Pages and read Page engagement or live video comments.

Each seller must connect their own Facebook Page. MineBoss does not use the admin’s Facebook Page for all users. Facebook Page tokens are stored per seller account and are used only for that seller’s connected Page.

4. How We Use Information

MineBoss uses collected information to:

• Create and manage seller accounts and stores.
• Connect a seller’s Facebook Page to their MineBoss account.
• Read Facebook Live comments from the seller’s connected Page or selected live video.
• Match customer comments to seller product keywords.
• Prepare order, checkout, and customer management workflows.
• Improve platform security, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot technical issues.
• Comply with legal, security, and platform requirements.

5. How We Store and Protect Information

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect seller and customer data. Facebook Page access tokens should be stored encrypted in the MineBoss database and associated only with the seller account that authorized the Page connection.

Access to connected Facebook Page data is limited to the seller’s own account and authorized MineBoss system processes.

6. How We Share Information

MineBoss does not sell seller data, customer data, Facebook Page tokens, or Facebook Live comment data. We may share information only in these situations:

• With service providers that help operate hosting, storage, database, email, security, or platform infrastructure.
• When required by law, legal process, or government request.
• To protect MineBoss, sellers, buyers, or the public from fraud, abuse, security threats, or illegal activity.
• With the seller’s direction, such as showing product and checkout information to their customers.

7. Facebook Platform Data

Facebook data accessed through MineBoss is used only to provide the seller-requested live selling features. We do not sell Facebook Platform Data. We do not transfer Facebook Platform Data to third parties except as necessary to operate MineBoss, comply with law, or provide services requested by the seller.

8. Data Retention

We keep information only as long as needed to provide MineBoss services, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve the platform. Sellers may disconnect their Facebook Page from MineBoss. When disconnected, the Page token is removed or disabled from active use.

9. Data Deletion Requests

Sellers may request deletion of their MineBoss account data or Facebook connection data. To request deletion, visit our Data Deletion page: https://minebossph.com/data-deletion

10. User Choices

• You may update your MineBoss account and store information from your account dashboard.
• You may disconnect your Facebook Page from the Facebook configuration page.
• You may remove MineBoss access from your Facebook account settings.
• You may request deletion of your MineBoss account data.

11. Children’s Privacy

MineBoss is intended for sellers and business users. MineBoss is not intended for children under 13 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

12. Third-Party Services

MineBoss may integrate with third-party services such as Meta/Facebook, hosting providers, payment providers, email providers, analytics tools, or other services needed to run the platform. Use of those services may also be subject to their own privacy policies and terms.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. Continued use of MineBoss after an update means you accept the updated policy.
